With over 25 years’ experience leading businesses and advising growing organisations, I understand the pressures that emerge as complexity increases and leadership responsibility expands. The Empowerment Room was created to provide structured, independent strategic support. It’s a space where leadership teams and leaders can step back, gain clarity, and align strategy with disciplined execution.

I have supported hundreds of business owners, directors and senior leaders across sectors including engineering, manufacturing, professional services, charities and digital businesses.

My role is to provide independent perspective and structured challenge. I thereby help leaders and leadership teams examine assumptions, identify structural gaps and bring clarity to decisions that shape long-term performance.
